The way it works is simple. One of 3 things will happen:
1. We buy the contents.
2. We neither pay nor make a charge.
3. We have a recycling service which we leave your office empty where there is a charge.
It all depends upon the quality and quantity of the goods, the distance and the access to the premises.
Each clearance is assessed upon its merits, usually by a personal visit.
We have been clearing offices for over 25 years and we pride ourselves on our ability to complete clearances effectively within pre-arranged time scales.
All clearances are carried out by our own staff who are all fully trained in manual handling/ safepass and using our own lorries.
All furniture deemed to be obselete is taken to our licenced waste facility in Longford and broken down into their different components where they are sent on for further recycling / recovery.
We are a zero landfill company and hold waste collections permits for Dublin region.

Our aim is Zero 0% waste Each time we clear furniture or office items, we send Zero 0% of it to landfill by finding them new homes and by re-manufacture, reuse and resell as much of the furniture and as possible. And if we can’t, we recycle it responsibly .It means you don’t have to worry about where your old office furniture ends up.
